David Schuck is Director of Quest’s Customer Service Center. He joined Quest in 2009 as Special Projects Manager, reporting to the CEO. During that period of growth, Schuck was tasked with filling the gaps between departments in a rapidly expanding production environment. He held increasingly responsible positions in Change Management, Finance, and Procurement over the next several years, before assuming his current position. Schuck’s responsibilities include aftermarket sales, new aircraft completions, warranty administration, engineering aircraft support and management of the Part 145 Repair Station.
Schuck has over 40 years of business experience in logistics, manufacturing, sales, and customer service and is pursuing on-going education in business management and leadership. Prior to joining Quest he held several senior management and leadership positions, including Vice President Sales, Director of Operations and Customer Service Director in several manufacturing and transportation organizations.
Schuck’s civic involvement includes serving as President of the Idaho Airport Management Association and as Airport Manager at Sandpoint Airport. He also serves in the local Civil Air Patrol squadron.
Schuck is a Private Pilot with a Seaplane Rating and enjoys flying the Idaho back country.
