Quest Aircraft Continues to Expand Sales and Service Networks

New KODIAK Dealer Appointed in South America

October 29, 2012, Orlando, FL…Quest Aircraft Company is pleased to announce the appointment of JBA Aviation as a new dealer for the KODIAK, with sales responsibility for Argentina, Chile, Uruguay and Paraguay. Headquartered in Houston, TX, with a sales office in Buenos Aires, JBA Aviation has over 30 years of experience in the private aircraft industry.

“Latin America, including the areas that JBA Aviation is responsible for, represents a strong market for the KODIAK,” said Steve Zinda, Director Sales and Marketing. “The aircraft’s multi-mission capabilities, low operating costs and ease of maintenance make it ideal for the wide variety of operators in that region of the world. We have already seen a lot of interest from potential customers throughout Latin America, and the addition of JBA Aviation will better position us to penetrate this market.”

Quest has been building a network of seasoned, well-respected organizations strategically placed around the globe to take full advantage of emerging market opportunities. The company has 15 dealers in place, with several new appointments in other key regions to be announced in the very near future.

Quest has also added several new Authorized Service Centers (ASCs) for the KODIAK as part of its expansion strategy and to better support the growing fleet of aircraft in the field. There are now 12 factory-authorized service centers for the KODIAK, with the latest addition being Cutter Aviation. Cutter, who is also a KODIAK dealer, is one of the longest-standing aviation service companies in the world.

“As the number of KODIAKs in the fleet worldwide continues to grow, we are committed to making quality service available wherever our customers are,” continued Zinda. “Cutter Aviation has the technical expertise, professionalism and customer commitment that is so important when the time comes for service. We are pleased to have expanded our relationship with them to provide both sales and service for the KODIAK.”

Quest Aircraft Company is the manufacturer of the KODIAK, a 10-place single engine turboprop utility airplane, designed for STOL use and float capability. Headquartered in Sandpoint, Idaho, the company was established in 2001 and began deliveries of the KODIAK in December 2007. For more information, please visit www.questaircraft.com.
