Parkwater Aviation Selected to Provide KODIAK Familiarization Courses
Company Will Provide Classroom, Simulator and In-Aircraft Training
February 5, 2014, Sandpoint, ID….Quest Aircraft Company is pleased to announce that it has signed an agreement with Parkwater Aviation Inc. Facebook to provide Pilot Familiarization Courses for the KODIAK Parkwater Aviation is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Spokane Turbine Center (STC) and will conduct the training courses at STC’s facility located in Spokane, WA.
STC has been providing high-quality, cost-effective turbine training in technically advanced aircraft to the mission aviation community since 2009. Quest personnel have been providing the KODIAK Aircraft familiarization for commercial customers at STC’s facility, utilizing their flight training devices. With the establishment of this new subsidiary, this function will now be performed by Parkwater Aviation.
“Quest has a long-standing relationship with STC and we are well-acquainted with the fine work they have done, and continue to do, in providing missionary operators of the KODIAK with in-depth familiarization of the aircraft,” said Sam Hill, President and CEO of Quest. “We are pleased that they have formed Parkwater Aviation and will be offering the same high-quality background and training to KODIAK operators in the commercial market sectors.”
The initial coursework is comprised of interactive classroom learning and aircraft and systems familiarization in STC’s state-of-art full motion advanced aviation training device (AATD). In-aircraft follow-on training and recurrency programs are also available.
