Quest Expands International Dealer Network

Quest Aircraft Names Additional International Dealers

New Appointments Part of Company’s Growth Strategy

July 23, 2012, Oshkosh, WI….Quest Aircraft Company has named Blue Eagle Aviation Investment Management Corp. and IPTN NA as KODIAK dealers, responsible for sales efforts in China and Indonesia respectively. These new additions bring the KODIAK international sales network to nine dealers strategically located worldwide.

“Partnering with well-established, local organizations is an important part of our continued growth strategy,” said Steve Zinda, Director Sales and Marketing. “We have focused on regions of the world where the KODIAK is certified or pending certification, along with those areas that are demonstrating the most market potential. Obviously China and the Asia-Pacific area are very strong markets where demand is expected to continue to grow.”

IPTN NA is a subsidiary of Indonesian Aerospace and will be responsible for KODIAK sales in Indonesia. Blue Eagle, based in Beijing, China, has sales responsibility for all of mainland China.

“We are pleased to welcome both IPTN and Blue Eagle to our international sales network,” added Zinda. “There has already been strong interest in the KODIAK in both these regions, and with the added presence of local professionals, we are very excited about our sales potential.”

KODIAKs are in service around the globe with charter operators, small businesses, personal owners, skydiving operations, U.S. and international governments, and humanitarian organizations. Several KODIAKs on floats have been delivered, including nine float-equipped KODIAKs to the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service.

Quest Aircraft Company is the manufacturer of the KODIAK, a 10-place single engine turboprop utility airplane, designed for STOL use and float capability. The KODIAK’s rugged aluminum construction combines superior STOL performance and high useful load. It offers proven turbine reliability with the Pratt & Whitney PT6 turbine engine and has the ability to land and take off from unimproved surfaces. Headquartered in Sandpoint, Idaho, the company was established in 2001 and began deliveries of the KODIAK in December 2007. For more information, please visit www.questaircraft.com.
